About the Board

These members represent the following stakeholders: North Carolina Department of Transportation, Facility Contract Locator, the Notification Center, Electric Public Utility, Telecommunications Industry, Natural Gas Utility, Hazardous Liquid Transmission Pipeline Company, League of Municipalities, Contractor Licensed under G.S. 87-10(b)(2) who does not own or operate facilities, Public Utilities Contractor licensed under G.S. 87-10(b)(3) who does not own or operate facilities, Surveyor licensed under Chapter 89C of the General Statutes, Rural Water System, Investor-Owned Water System, Electric Membership Corporation and Cable Company.

The purpose of the UDPRB is to review complaints of alleged violations of Article 8A.
